Indoor group cycling workout. Your inspiring instructor will lead the pack through hills, sprints, flats and interval training! Aimed at all fitness levels.
An impact free pool based session, providing strength and cardiovascular training using water as resistance. Suitable for all fitness levels and non-swimmers.
Using the Pilates fundamental moves this class will help you to establish torso stability, pelvic stability, abdominal engagement, good alignment and a greater range of motion for your limbs.
This ancient art form focuses on flexibility, balance and inner poise. Gently move from one pose to another as you feel your body lengthen from within.

In this class you will perform simple, functional exercises arranged in circuits/stations, designed to maximise body conditioning and increase cardiovascular fitness as well as strength!

Over 50's Aerobics
A back to basics aerobics class to music with lower impact, designed to promote energy, release those endorphins and of course, have some fun whilst increasing mobility!
Over 50's Dance
This class is all about moving to the music! All abilities are welcome of course- it's a feel good, rhythmic dance class with a great singalong playlist!
